My question involves real estate located in the State of: Nevada
Hello,
I am attending a tax lien sale and I am in need of some legal advice.
There are three properties in the sale which are all owned by the same LLC which has been dissolved.
Upon researching the sales history, I discovered that the three properties were bought by an individual in mid 2008.
The individual then sold these properties to an LLC in early 2010.
Upon research of the LLC, I discovered that the only officer of the LLC was this same individual.
The LLC was dissolved in late 2011.
It looks like the individual transferred the properties to LLC in order to avoid personal liability. My question is: is the dissolved LLC capable of redeeming the tax lien?
Thank You
